Article summary
Zalo translation can assist comprehension, while orders, amounts, addresses and promises require human review; Zalo number checking does not translate messages.
Zalo translation can help cross-border support understand the gist, but it should not execute refunds, quotations, address changes or contractual promises without review. Machine translation converts language. Zalo number checking returns selected platform fields from a phone list. Their data, risks and accountable owners are different.
Classify conversation risk first
| Content | Action after translation | Human requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Greeting and opening hours | Use an approved phrase library | Sample QA |
| Product specifications | Verify terms and model numbers | Product review |
| Amount, refund or address | Never execute automatically | Dual check or read-back |
| Legal or safety complaint | Escalate immediately | Qualified specialist |
Where Chinese-language support can fail
Vietnamese pronouns, tone, product abbreviations and address order may change meaning in literal translation. Numbers, decimal marks, currency, dates and negation require item-by-item verification against the source. A clarification is safer than a fluent translation that hides uncertainty.
Create a traceable translation record
Store message_id, source_language, original_text, translated_text, engine_version, review_status and reviewer. A human correction should not erase the machine draft; later analysis can distinguish a source ambiguity from a model or operator error.
Manage a controlled terminology library
| Term class | Control | Failure example |
|---|---|---|
| Brand / model | Do-not-translate or fixed rendering | Model treated as an ordinary word |
| Logistics state | Approved phrase | “Dispatched” becomes “delivered” |
| Amount unit | Structured field | Currency omitted |
| Compliance statement | Legal-approved version | Promise freely rewritten |
What Zalo number checking actually returns
Zalo Registration returns phone and registration result. Zalo Activity returns phone, user ID, activity time, nickname and active days. Gender and Age adds gender, age, avatar, people count, avatar type and skin tone. None includes conversation text or translation output.
AIPUSH does not need support conversations
AIPUSH accepts TXT with one phone per line and exports Excel for the selected task. Customer questions, orders, names, translated text and agent notes do not need to be uploaded. Reconnect results internally through contact_id.
Checking cannot choose the user’s language
A +84 phone, nickname or avatar does not prove a preference for Vietnamese, while a Vietnamese customer abroad may keep another code. preferred_language comes from user choice or evidenced conversation with a date.
Human review is not a complete retranslation
Efficient review focuses on entities, numbers, negation, obligations, deadlines and irreversible actions. Sample low-risk messages; verify every high-risk message before sending or executing. QA should label error types rather than only pass/fail.
Make clarification a normal workflow state
When confidence is insufficient, restate the amount, address or expected outcome in a short question and ask the customer to confirm. Never invent missing content or treat silence as agreement. Route to a fluent human when necessary.
Measure service outcomes, not translation speed
Track first-contact resolution, repeated questions, amount/address errors, escalation, customer corrections and complaints. Faster translation with more wrong actions is not an improvement. Number checking has separate measures such as field coverage and reconciliation; do not combine them into one AI-efficiency score.
