Define names, states, versions and access for Vietnam +84 WhatsApp Full Format without flattening it into Zalo or other platform data.
When a Vietnam operation has WhatsApp, Zalo and other platform output, Full Format Excel must not enter one generic “social profile.” Similar column names do not guarantee common semantics. Define a platform data contract before import.
Six elements of the contract
| Element | Example |
|---|---|
| namespace | wa_ |
| task | full_format |
| schema_version | Field version |
| null_states | unknown/not observed |
| checked_at | Observation time |
| owner | Access owner |
Separate +84 candidates from platform contracts
Phone preparation retains phone_raw and rule version. +84 handles numbering only; it cannot decide platform preference, language or market.
Do not complete same-named fields across platforms
A WhatsApp avatar blank cannot be filled from Zalo, and activity time cannot become social_active. Each platform preserves its own unknown.
Authorise Full Format by field family
Activity, profile and account relationship have separate access. A role needing a time queue does not receive age, gender, avatar or mappings.
Generate TXT per platform task
Use one phone per line and one batch_id per task. Customer context and permission stay in the crosswalk, and Excel enters the matching namespace in staging.
A mapped phone is not a universal identity key
Cross-platform relationships can conflict and must not auto-merge customers. Retain source platform, time and human decision.
Do not rewrite history after a version change
New fields or semantics create a new schema_version. Old events retain their original meaning, and analysis states which versions are comparable.
Manage permission by channel
Permission on one platform does not migrate automatically. Channel opt-out and suppression take precedence over Full Format output.
The Vietnam deliverable
An executable data contract matters more than a wider workbook. Clear platform boundaries let CRM use results without manufacturing false uniformity.
