Article summary
Preserve service location, phone provenance and avatar observation as separate evidence in a St Kitts and Nevis workflow.
When a St Kitts and Nevis list has only one country field, an operations team can easily mistake a two-island state for a specific service location. Separate business place from phone assignment before avatar checking.
A minimal data model
| Field | Source | Update condition |
|---|---|---|
| country | Business master data | Normalisation change |
| service_island | Order or store | Each business event |
| phone_plan | phone_raw | Phone change |
| avatar_state | Screening task | New observation |
An avatar cannot choose the island
A photo background, location text or clothing is not reliable service-place evidence. It cannot establish citizenship, occupation or residence either.
Shared calling-code contexts need business evidence
International code and number rules support parsing only. Orders, stores or an explicit customer choice establish the actual service location.
Inspect operational defects by island
Report format exceptions, unknowns and stale records separately to repair collection and service workflows, not to manufacture population profiles.
Expire temporary visitor records
Contacts created for travel, events or short-term service follow a pre-set deletion period after service ends. Avatar observation cannot extend retention.
Do not upload place data in TXT
One phone per line is sufficient. service_island, orders and permission stay in the internal crosswalk and reconnect to Excel through row_key.
Mapped phones retain their own plan
Another phone related to the same customer does not inherit a location automatically. Store relationship_type and route conflicts to human review.
Show unresolved geography in reports
Rows without an established service_island remain unresolved. Never fill a chart by guessing from a phone or avatar.
The purpose of this two-island page
It preserves enough place detail for operations while containing avatar output to profile visibility, so one country label no longer carries too many meanings.
