What “registered” can mean
It is a task result for registration state at an observation time and may support cleaning, segmentation or human review of an existing list. It is not permanent.
Separate “not registered” from unknown
Format exception, task error, not observed and an explicit negative result cannot all become “no.” Granular states determine whether to retry, repair formatting or stop.
