Article summary
Understand Facebook badge routes and why FB registration checking returns only phone number and registration status—not badges, identity or buyer intent.
A Facebook blue badge can come through different routes. Some notable public figures, brands and entities qualify under Facebook’s traditional verification criteria; eligible creators may also receive a badge through a paid Meta Verified subscription. “Free verification” cannot be understood without account type, country and current eligibility.
Two badge routes and one unrelated checking task
| Route | Basic nature | Does not mean |
|---|---|---|
| Traditional verification | Facebook reviews factors including authenticity, uniqueness, completeness and notability | Commercial credit or buyer intent |
| Meta Verified | Paid subscription for eligible accounts with a badge and other benefits | Every Page can subscribe |
| FB registration checking | Platform registration task for an authorized number list | Blue-badge detection |
Verify eligibility with Meta
Meta describes Meta Verified for creators as a paid subscription, while some notable accounts can still request a badge through the separate route. Country, eligibility and account-type rules can change. Use the Meta Verified Help Center instead of a third party promising internal access.
What FB number checking returns
AIPUSH Facebook registration checking returns phone number and registered/not registered. It does not read a verification badge, prove that the account belongs to a named person, or create purchase intent or marketing permission. The input is a TXT phone list; the selected result is exported in Excel.
Why badge and phone status cannot be inferred from each other
A verified account may not expose or use the phone number in a company’s dataset. A phone returned as registered may belong to an ordinary account without a badge. The data objects, review processes and purposes are different.
Warning signs of verification scams
- A guarantee that payment will secure traditional verification
- Requests for passwords, codes or remote device control
- Fake Meta emails and login pages
- Claims that phone registration proves a real identity
- Promises that a badge guarantees sales
Store the evidence in separate records
For a badge request, retain official submission and Meta notification. For number checking, retain batch, TXT, Excel and checking date. For sales qualification, retain inquiry, need, permission and order behavior. Do not combine all three into one “verified customer” field.
How this differs from identifying a real buyer
A badge may support an account-authenticity assessment; FB registration checking supports a platform-status observation. Buyer intent must still come from first-party behavior. See the related article on Facebook badges and real-buyer intent.
Accurate language describes badge eligibility, number-task output and commercial evidence separately. A “free badge that finds real buyers” is not a product capability.
