Fixed and mobile values need different explanations
The Australian Communications and Media Authority describes geographic numbers as ten-digit domestic numbers beginning 02, 03, 07 or 08, while mobile numbers are generally ten digits beginning 04. In international form, the domestic trunk zero is removed: 08 9164 XXXX becomes +61 8 9164 XXXX, while 04XX XXX XXX becomes +61 4XX XXX XXX.

Only the normalized telephone column should be submitted for screening. The island association, source record and correction notes remain in the organisation’s own table. This arrangement preserves both the technical value used by the job and the business evidence needed to understand it.
Prepare a TXT job without losing the CRM relationship

A negative WhatsApp result is not a deletion instruction
The telephone value may be a landline, a historic number or simply a mistyped entry. A negative platform status means the WhatsApp channel is unsuitable for that record at the measurement time; it does not erase an order, contract or support relationship. Preserve legally required business records and use another agreed contact route where appropriate.
